Dear Members and Friends of the Cheyenne Dance Club,
As we step proudly into our 81st year, I am filled with gratitude for the extraordinary legacy entrusted to us since our founding in 1946. For eight decades, this club has stood as a living testament to the joy of big band music, the beauty of social dance, and the power of community fellowship.
In a world that changes faster every year, our mission remains beautifully simple: to keep dancing accessible, heart‑warming, and welcoming to all. We honor tradition not through complexity, but through the timeless values that built this club—friendship, education, shared music, and the health that comes from movement and connection.
This year, we commit to making our 81st season the most incredible chapter yet. We will continue offering dances that are fun, inviting, and enjoyable for every level of dancer. We will celebrate the music that shaped generations, nurture new dancers discovering its magic, and strengthen the fellowship that keeps our community vibrant.
Thank you for being part of this remarkable journey. Together, we will carry the Cheyenne Dance Club’s legacy forward with pride, purpose, and joy.
Warmly,
President, Cheyenne Dance Club/ David Urquidez
